Can you help if I'm behind on payments?+

Yes. Many of the homeowners we work with are dealing with missed payments or pre-foreclosure. The sooner we talk, the more options you typically have.

What if there is already an auction date?+

Please reach out right away. With enough time, we can often help homeowners explore options before the auction date. Every situation is different — let's talk through yours.

How fast can closing happen?+

We can often close in as little as 7 to 14 days through a reputable title company. If you need more time, we'll match the timeline that works for you.

Do I pay agent commissions or fees?+

No. There are no agent commissions, listing fees, or surprise deductions. The offer we present is what you walk away with at the title company.
